how can i claim my cashback

iv bought a camcorder but i dont understand how i can claim back the £50 i got told i could, help please

If you go to the Smart Offers website here: -

If your camcorder was purchased from an authorised Sony Retailer and the product qualifies for the promotion, you can download the claim form and when completed, send it to the address given along with proof of purchase.

was going to ask the same question,but now cant be bothered filling out form as i have no printer,you would think the visa with the cashback would come with package

You can collect a 'Smart Offers Plus' leaflet that includes a printed claim form from any Sony Centre.

That's ridiculous - perhaps they are being awkward because you did not buy there.

Either PM your address to me and I will collect one next time I am in the Sony Centre and send it to you - you have until 31 January to claim.
