145 days without problem resolution - 5th post (5 in french, 1st in english) - deplorable service
5th post (5 in french, 1st en english) on the subject, 145 days since my WF-1000XM4 headphones have broken down (under warranty), and still no solutions in sight, despite 4 different contacts (customer support, SAVSONY, Cordon Group, and recently the Customer Relations Office) , 47 emails exchanged.
Run away from SONY !
