My new PRS-300 was fne initially, but now takes five seconds to turn a page and thirtyfive seconds to change print size. I have performed reset proceedure to no effect. I contacted Sony support but they are unable to help.
Changing print size - I've found that the time it takes can depend on the size or length of the book. Something like War and Peace may well take longer than a short story. Page turns - it can sometimes depend on the format but isn't consistent.
