@Yakubpasha can you try restarting your phone in safe mode? It may not fix the POOR LTE reception but it may help to tackle an issue with the software of your phone. If in safe mode your phone is fast and responsive my advice is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Are you in the places where 4G signal is high? Maybe you are in place where 4G is low, that's why you can't use it normally, also when this problem came, can you write little more, maybe you something changed, did you talk with operator, what he/she siad about this problem?
