xperia c4 dual touch problem

i purchased c4 last month and very happy at that moment but next day itself i found the piece is defect as i couldnt get signals and speaker problem as well that was replaced by the shop where i purchased the cell. now i am facing problem with the touch. it is not working and its working aotumatic and deleting changing every thing in my phone. as i was in a remote location now calling someone is also becoming difficult for me and was angry with the mobile and wanted to hit it to the ground but money is coming in to mind.previosly i used arc s and c models but not faced any problems.DIDN'T EXPECT SUCH KIND OF PRODUCT FROM SONY & I WISH TO HEAR FROM THEM ABOUT THIS PROBLEM

  1. I bought a Xperia C4 dual in march 2016 but it worked fine until the first week of october 2016 only and then suddenly it was error. For example when i touched 'back' or 'home' or any part of the screen it didn't give any resonse or it did but it's the other part of the screen, not the one that i touched. I already tried to restart the phone, run it in safe mode and even upgraded the latest software but still it didn't work. Then on 31st of October 2016, i went to Sony Service Center in Bandung, Indonesia, then i explained my problem to the staff there and she said they need to order the new screen because they didn't have the stock at that moment and she said it will take around 2-3 weeks and she will text me once the new screen is available. Then 2 weeks later, i went to Sony Service Center again and i talked to the same staff and she said the screen is not available yet and she promised me it will be available at the end of november. But until i write this post (3rd of December 2016) i haven't heard anything from them. 33 days waiting! Unbelivable! I even sent 2 emails to them and they never replied. Tried to contact them, nobody picked up. Is it because my phone still has a warranty on it so it takes this long and if i pay then it will be repaired quickly? What kind of service is this? Should i wait until the warranty expired? Then what will i get as the compensation? It is not my fault. I am sure there must be something wrong with the hardware because i find out there are so many people have the same problem as me. What will you do to fix these, Sony?

I bought my device a year ago, I am a sony lover, but I feel so disappointed for the first time as a consumer.
My screen isn't work properly.
I searched it on google about xperia screen problem, and then there're tons of people who have the same case with me.
Sometimes it (my screen) types by itself, but mostly, i can't operate my phone comfortably. I can't operate "back", "home", and "recent tab" as well.
My screen moves by itself, even I'm not touching and holding my phone.
I used to try using safe mode, restart my phone, shutdown-turn on my phone, update my software, and even i reset data factory. My screen is back, but it just a temporary.

How could Sony is being a disappointment like this? 
Please, fix this problem quickly. I feel uncomfortable to this problem.
