video rec. and capturing problem

When I record video and clicks picture while rec.,the video hangs until the pic is saved in memory.
Also when choosing the effects in camera the camera starts working too slow.

Do you experience any difference if you change the data storage? Open camera > settings icon > data storage. 

You can also try to start your phone in safe mode to see if there may be any 3rd party apps installed in the phone that interferes with the camera.
