Hi @Haryn, welcome to our forum!

I'm sorry to hear about this, and I understand it must be frustrating when a good song starts playing and you need to raise the volume a bit!

Could you please try and go into Settings on your phone and then Apps > the small gear icon in the top right corner > Draw over other apps > 3 dots > Show system > System UI > Allow it to draw over other apps by sliding the small dot to the right.

Restart your phone and see if you can raise the volume now!

Let me know how it went! Slightly_smiling_Face

Hi jonas,
Yes, actually i had another problem regarding Internal storage, my internal storage is filling rapidly, so i moved all my apps into my external storage card, but when the moved app was updated then its automatically moving into Internal storage, im mostly having 20 to 25 apps, 5 apps are more than 100mb(not more than 300mb) and remaining are less than 100mb, but my internal storage always showing full. And my mobile also working slowly, may be this was the reason. Kindly need your assistance to overcome this.

Hi again!

In order for an application to be updated it has to be on the internal storage, therefor it will be moved back to the internal storage when it's being updated and after the update of the app have been completed you will need to move the app again to your SD card.

To free up additional storage in your phone, go to Settings > Storage > Internal storage > Cached data, tap on this and choose OK, if you are OK with all the cached data for apps being deleted.

If you have a lot of apps in your phone that you aren't using but they can't be uninstalled you can uninstall updates for these apps, they will then be reset to the factory version of the app which is smaller in size.

Start with going to Settings > Apps, and look through the list of apps, tap on one that you aren't using > 3 dots in the top right corner > Uninstall updates.

If you have enabled automatic updates in the Google Play store you can either turn this option off or manually search for each app in the Google Play store and remove the option that the app should be automatically updated.

For the first option, open up the Google Play store and press the 3 lines in the top left corner > Settings > Auto-update apps > Do not auto-update apps.

For the second option, search for the app you uninstalled updates for > tap on it so you end up on their page in the Google Play store > 3 dots in the top right corner > uncheck the box next to "Auto-update".

Let me know how it goes! Slightly_smiling_Face

Hello again!

I'm sorry for the late reply, I have been out of office due to vacation.

I'm really happy to hear that! Slightly_smiling_Face

In Android 6.0 you can't set a different ring tone for your second SIM card, this is due to limitations on platform level from our platform supplier and this feature will not be available on any Xperia devices running Android 6.0.

I hope that answers your question and let me know if there is anything else I can help you with! Slightly_smiling_Face

This solution works fine for my xperia z3 c a few month ago. Now I wonder and can't swich the "draw over other apps":System-UI V6.0.1 have no rights requested at all, nothing to switch.

Hi @Max1234, I apologize for the late reply.

I'm not quite sure that I understand exactly what you mean. Do you experience the same behaviour that you can't raise the volume in your device and when you do, the System UI application stops?

If you go to Settings > Apps > cogwheel > Special access > Draw over other apps > three dots > Show system > System UI, is this turned on or off? It should always be set to Yes / turned on.

Let me know if that helps and I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question.
