My name is Kenan KAMACI. I have a sony xperia c5 ultra (imei:*personal info removed*). I have a startup matter. To start my smartphone I have to give pressure on my device's screen. If I don't, my device cannot start an I cannot use it. And one of the technical services (KVK TECHNICAL SERVICE in TRABZON, TURKEY) prepares a report. The report says: "The matter is user based error. Device is damaged by customer. Also they say we cannot repair your smartphone because its production does not go on anymore. I certainly dont accept this report, this is not acceptable. In many forum and web pages there are so many complaints like that. I would like you to repair my xperia c5 ultra or I request you to change this defective device with another one.
