Sony Xperia C4 Dual - Network Problem

Hi Sony,

I would need to share with you that it's been a year I bought this mobile phone. It was working fine but since last week my mobile got some serious issues with network, the network bars drops most often. Suddenly both the Sim network bars disappears and comes back after hours. No idea what is wrong. Few days ago I spoke to Xperia support and got an advise to update the device and I had been to Sony service center and updated device but still the problem is same. It will be a great help if the Sony provides some help on this issue. Please.

Pierde la red por mucho tiempo asta que se le optrime la tapa trasera con fueza y buelve tener red y al ponerlo 

a cargarlo se desactiva la red. 

It loses the net for a long time until the back cover is pressed with force and buelve to have net and when putting it
to load it deactivates the network.
