I was a fan of Sony brand till 1 week ago, but now I feel very bad about Sony products because of problem I'm facing with Sony C4 Dual smartphone Touchscreen.
The main problem is touchscreen hangs suddenly when I press back key, and when I try to ON wifi but it touchs torch light button and gets ON.
While typing message when I select suggested word it takes word with number also.
Last but not least touchscreen not works/hang until lock the screen and unlock it. Then it works for few seconds again it starts checking patience. At that time I feel like break my phone.
I removed tempered glass, tried factory reset and display calibration.
And other I problem is Sony C4 supports android 6.0 but till now I didn't get notification of update. I tried many possible things to update my phone but it was unsuccessful.
It just happened after 1 year. So, if sony authorised person want to help me, tell me the solution here itself, because many of users facing the same issue. but just don't ask me to contact sony support or reach sony service centre.
