Error in video capturing

It doesn't capturing the recording and recording related fuction used by other applications 

I see in the camera app this like 

I don't know what is the problem

Could you elaborate on the issue?

Are you saying that you can't use the camera? 

Or

Are you trying to use third party camera apps?
