Its very frustrating for me to buy Sony mobile phones. I am a loyal customer and always buy sony phones. I purchased SONY C5 ULTRA dual phone a year back. Within warranty service center has replaced touch screen, motherboard, receiver, front camera. Please let me what has left in my phone. I asked for new set else to raise my concern to their head but no response. Is this the way customers are treated? They are just replacing the parts again and again but not replacing my set.
