Spotify connect doesn't work STR-DN1080

Hi,

I'm using the str-dn1080 for a couple of years now and since the last firmware update M41.R.0518 the Spotify connect function doesn't work anymore. (Not visible in Spotify app)

I can only use Chromecast built in but it is not possible to use the music preset audio.

I see a lot of people posting on the web with the same issue. Sony can you please come with an firmware fix to solve this problem.

Bij mij speelt dit probleem ook. Naar mijn idee ook sinds de laatste update.

Via casten lukt wel. In de spotify app (mobiel of via pc) is de versterker alleen zichtbaar om te casten, terwijl spotify connect juist zo handig was om gelijk verder te gaan met je playlist zonder je telefoon te hoeven pakken.

Ook kun je de sound optimizer aanzetten bij spotify connect, wat bij casten weer niet werkt.

Is hier een  oplossing voor?
