Nice cash back for Alpha zoom if it works!

Good morning,
I have just purchased a 70-200 zoom. I am trying to redeem the CHF 100 cashback voucher but after entering the details, serial number and voucher I press the button and get an HTTP Status 403 - Forbidden error.
This on two different PCs and two different browsers.
