TV Restart by itself and opens by itself

sometimes it restarts by itself and opens and rarely when i plug it off from the power and i want to open it after, it doesnt open.

Hi there

Hard to give proper advice with little to go on, but the first 2 things to do is:

• Ensure that you have the latest firmware installed.
• Factory reset the TV - see instructions HERE

In many cases, doing the above will fix issues.

3 times 'till now factory reset.

I just can't stop the tv. It restart by itself after power off... 😞

my tv is KDL-43W808C and i called sony when i had this problem and they told me to unplug it for 8 hours and if that doesnt work then take it there so they can check it but it worked it was fine for 3 months but know its happening again it restarts all the time i dont know what to do any help?
