maybe someone faced with such a problem? White spots on the screen (glow)?

I think what you are referring to is commonly known as 'clouding' or backlight uniformity. Unfortunately this is common in LCD technology. But some panels are better than others.

If its bad (and only you are the judge of that), contact your retailer and ask for a TV exchange.
