Oily smear under screen

Turned the TV on this morning  to find this bizarre mark/smear under the screen. 

TV is only a few weeks old. Any ideas?

Hi @thebadlands   I would be inclined to return it to the retailer for a refund or replacement immediately. What is the model number of the TV?
