KDL-43W756C problems with usb

Hi just bought a sony KDL-43W756C about 1 week ago I have noticed that i cannot access my usb stick in any of the ports and cant record to usb hdd. Does anyone one know anything about this as i have looked at manual on tv and sony website but cant find a solution to these problems Thanks

Record to usb is supposed to be comming this year - see this article...

Record to USB should be available now (but only if you don't enable YouView - which is a pain)
