And thank you for looking at my problem
I have just got a new 65f9005 TV now on Sony select it says have 2 4k uhd movies on us.
So I have been into Google play movies and the offer is not there (I have payment details on the account)
Now I did get the offer 2 years ago with old Sony TV 1 4k hd film
Now would this be the problem as I have ring Sony and was told we do not know.
So hope some.can help thank you

Hi Johnlovestv,
Are you using the same GooglePlay account? I think the TV might have detected that you've redeemed this offer already. Try using a different account and let us know if there's any difference.

As far as I am aware, the promotion you are mentioning has expired some time ago. I could be entirely wrong of course, but obviously the best action you could take is already what you mention yourself; calling Sony Customer Support. They should be able to inform you about the expired promotion.
