Cashback date

Hello, I have question about date on invoice for cashback. I buy a lense in cashback date, but they didn't have in stock and I am waiting. I realy hope, that arrive before 15.1.2022, but  SONY will be indulgently for this, becose they (e-shop) can write on invoice only the date of sending product to me and it will be after 15.1.2022?

Hi Bike.

Invoice date should match the cashback eligible period, you can talk with the retailer to adjust this date.
