Xperia 5 II.
I keep battery charge 20-80%.
Had no issues with it.
Updated to Android 12, two days ago.
Now I've overslept two days in a row.
Phone has drained over night and turned OFF.
(I put the drained , turned off phone on the charger and ... whoops.. no battery care. 100% charge. Android 12 update has taken more life out of the battery the last 2 days than 10 days normal usage with Android 11!)
Please advise!
I would recommend backing up your files using Xperia companion, then perform a "repair installation"
Once complete, restore using the previously made backup.
Once complete, reboot phone and when loaded, press and hold the volume up and power button until you feel 3 vibrations. Then restart the phone.
This should clear out any errors and will clear any caches made that may hinder the creation of new caches using the android 12 apps.
Hey @haradl, you can also try the following before the software repair: Tap on Settings - Apps - See all app - Tap on the 3 dots on top right corner - Show system - System UI App - Storage - Clear cache and clear data - Return back - Tap on Force Stop, followed by a forced restart (Hold the power and Volume+ simultaneously)
