Hallo, sinds enige tijd bevriezen de youtube video's in de youtube app bij het afspelen in 4K en hoger. Iemand bekend met dit fenomeen? Oplossing??

Hello, for some time now the youtube videos in the youtube app freeze when playing in 4K and higher. Anyone familiar with this phenomenon? Solution??

Hello,

There are a couple of solutions to solve the problem:

1. Use different, faster, free DNS addresses on your router or UBP-X800M2, if possible; otherwise, restart your router.

2. Make sure the UBP-X800M2 is not connected to a lot of other sources. The UBP-X800M2 does not have much memory installed.

3. Soft. Reset the UBP-X800M2 player by unplugging the power cord, wait 1 to 2 minutes, and plug it in again.

5. No success in solving your issues? Then, a full reset will probably help:
