Audio Description

My Bravia TV KDL 26M4000 has started giving me audio description on certain channels. I have followed all conversations previously posted to the community and none of the solutions have worked for my specific model. The online manuals do not address problem. Sony web sites do not want to recognize my model number. How can I turn off? How does it get turned on without my interaction? I would appreciate any input.

Hi there

I am attaching the user guide manual (in PDF) below, but this is a US based TV model. Can you please tell me which country you are located in? If you are indeed located in the UK, is there a specific TV channel that has the audio description enabled. Which channels?

The only thing I can see in the manual is the "Closed Captions" but this is text based, and not audio based. But might be worth pressing the CC button on the remote to see what happens.
