      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, I think your TV set is in a Shop mode and to exit that you have to do a factory reset. then an initial setting wizard will start asking you to select shop or home mode. bare in mind that with factory reset you will lose the present settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
