GPS on VAIO duo 13 does not work

I tried to use the GPS with several navigation tools but it does not find the location on the map.

In the device manager all sensors (incl. the Huawei GNSS sensor) work properly.

How can I get the GPS work?

What programs can be used to check the GPS?
