New Keyboard case problems

I just got a new case with a detachable bluetooth keyboard for my tablet but every time I try to use the keyboard when I first boot up the tablet it launches office. Is there a way to turn this off? Its getting pretty annoying.

Open the app drawer and look for SmartConnect

Yeah I disabled that in SmartConnect too. Annoying.

Handy app for setting the thing to go silent at night though.
