I activated it today and was hoping to use it on a roadtrip in the USA, but a) USA/Canada maps don't seem to be available and b) although, when starting the app up, there's a message saying I can purchase more options from the Shop, when I touchh the shop icon (which is flashing red) I get an error message saying "Connection failed. Please try again later".&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I'm finding this hugely frustrating. Can anyone help.
