I recently purchased a FE31Z and bluetooth sony mouse. When ever i'm using the mouse either the mouse or pc seem to be making a noise. I'm not sure what it is but when i use the pad on the laptop to move the cursor no such noise is made. Does anybody know what this could be?

Also upon shut down i sometimes get a 'ccapp' message, which seems to delay shutting down the machine for ages. Can anybody help..........

Hi gshayer,

What sort of noise are you getting when using your mouse, does it come from the mouse, speakers or somewhere else..?

ccapp.exe - runs auto-protect and email checking facilities and is one of the many processes of Norton Security.

This Symantec solution may help..:smileyconfused:

Sorry for the late reply.

It seems to be coming from the laptop? Even when i have mute on the speakers its making a noise when i click or scroll down using the external mouse. This never happened before on other laptops i had.
