VPCCA3E1E Vaio Care Shell Not Working

Every time I click on VaioCare it won't load and and tells me it has stopped working. I have looked on the forums and this seems to be a common problem and that I should uninstall my version and reinstall from Vaio support but I can't find any drivers/links relating to my VPCCA3E1E.

Apparently VPCCA3E1E is not enough information to get drivers for my Vaio but that is all I have.

(BIOS version R2100V2)

Hi thechud and welcome.

There should be one more letter after the model you quote but this only designates the colour of the casing. Here is a link to the Drivers for the VPCCA3E1E/W which is a white casing. I think the drivers are the same for all colours.

As you say, this is a common problem which has been escalated to Sony - but no answers yet.
