Cant Download Vaio Care

I go to the correct page in support and select download but I get error message that ftp server has not responded.

tried different browsers but still the same. Any ideas where I can get this from please as it seems to have disappeared off my laptop ?

This may be a temporary glitch on the server but without knowing your Vaio model we cannot check whether the download works at our end.

In fact even using the Sony Update option on my Vaio it returns a similar message

It downloads fine on my machine VAIO Care - 6.4.2.11150 (EP0000261503.exe) size 58.0MB.

I suggest that you try downloading with your security software temporarily disabled.

I can download from the US website...presumably for the wrong model but from the UK site for minr. What URL are you using rich ?

Mine is
