      <title>Quick Web Access software for VPCEBS10E</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The HD has crashed and I've replaced it with an SSD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony refuse to point me in the direction of (or send me), the Quick Web Access Software - for 'Piracy reasons'. My understanding is that Quick Web Access is Splashtop, which is Linux based, which is Open Source.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No recovery partition as this was on the old (now dead) HD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Great laptop - poor customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
