Sorry all but I had to share my frustration on this because of the disappointing build quality of my £2000 Sony aw41xh laptop.

You would think that after little more than a year parts of your laptop would not start failing away.

I am using my laptop mainly at home and I really take care of it (considering how much money I paid for it ).

After no more that 8 - 9 months, the rubber facia below the keyboard started falling off. Now it is so deformed that I cannot even glue it on. I believe that this is because of the extreme heat that it produces below to top left bottom side.

The laptop now looks as is if it was bought in year 2000.

I am very disappointed. Sony, you use to be the symbol for a good quality hardware, what happened.

Anybody else has a similar problem?

Message was edited by: 97523063
