Pokemon go not working in sony phone

I am currently using Sony Xperia ZA2, and i have been trying to install pokemon go in my phone but i am unable to do this, i am able to download free coc account email and password that work but as soon as i open the app it says hardware not found!, why is this happening? and what can i do about it? Please help!
