    <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be either but unless you have changed the OS or made other software changes, it is more likely to be a hardware issue. The fact that it does nothing at all also hints at a wiring or hardware fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the drive show up in Device Manager under ‘DVD/CD-ROM’ drives?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does it show up in ‘My Computer’ or in Windows Explorer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the model of my laptop is VCPF12M1E, and my BD Rom is Pioneer BDC-TD03. when I put a CD or DVD it does not work it means no read no turn arround, I want to know what can be problem, Software or Hardware?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
