VCSystemtray is restarting

My computer crasheda few months ago and it automatically did an install, so no rescue disks were used, but since then I keep getting messages popping up telling me my vcsystem is restarting. It happens at various times, mostly only once every few days, but on one occasion it came up twice in a day! Can anyone suggest what I can do to fix this recurring problem, my computer is VPCEH1S0E
