My Sony VAIO E Series VPCEG17FA is not appearing on the official Sony support?

I have purchased mySony VAIO VPCEG17FA from Saudi Arabia and it's showing as some unknown divices in the device manager. I had a battery issue and when I try to download the drivers needed, I can't find them in the official site, when I put the model number into the official Sony support website it can not find anything?

The model number on the sticker is: VPCEG17FA

Does anyone have any idea why this is not coming up in support, I do need the drivers and not sure where else to get them from.
