&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Do you know which update caused the problem? Was this a Windows Update?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Do you have a Windows disc or a System Repair Disc you can boot from?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;As the Vaio is working normally except for the corrupt Windows 10 installation, you may need to contact Microsoft to see if they have heard of this and if they have a solution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Netbook no booting up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sony Vaio netbook had a Windows 10 update but will not now boot up and I cannot get it into safe mode!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony Vaio logo comes up then the Windows logo with the spinning wheel after that a blank screen and briefly Attempting to recover installation appears but and will then go through the whole process again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried F8, Shift &amp;amp; F8, just the left Shift button. Power off 3 times when the Windows logo appears to try &amp;nbsp;and force safe mode but nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I press F2 I can get into BIOS but I have no idea what I'm doing or if this will even help with my issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks Blencogo. Yes it was from a Windows update. I will try and contact Microsoft and try to find a fix. I have some form of back up on a USB stick that I did when I first bought the netbook but I have no idea how to install this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
