My laptop model can't be found online so far and it's a sony distro....

SVS13A15GNB core i7. It's combo drive has never worked and I can't find it's drivers, kindly help

This isn't a UK model so you won't find drivers on this site.

Was it purchased in India?

There are drivers available on the Sony India support page

Before you start looking for drivers, can you please check in Device Manager and see if any errors are marked against the DVD/CD-ROM drive.

If an error is shown, look for the error code and let us know what it is. There are simple fixes for many error codes.
