VAIO SVE1511M1EB windows 10 upgrade problems

I upgraded my VAIO SVE1511M1EB from windows 7 to Win 10 ver 1511 with no problem,

it has now been upgraded to version 1607 Anniversary and now I cannot get on the internet both via the ethernet cable and wireless. I have tried installing updated Realtex driver from the Microsoft catalogue it still will not work. I have now reverted to the previous Win 10 ver 1511 but would like the current version.

Microsoft blame Sony, Sony say they have no intention of upgrading the drivers for windows 10.

Would the drivers for windows 8.1 work

Has anyone managed to upgrade to 1607 successfuly from win 7. If so I would appreciate some help.

I have upgraded from build 1511 to MS build 1703 O S Build 15063.674 missing out the 1607 build and everything works. Previously with 1607 I could not access the internet either wirelessly or via an ethernet cable and had to roll back to 1511.

I hope this helps others that had the same problem
