When I launch VaioCare I am getting the message "VAIOshell has stopped tworking.

I am unable to find a solution.

hep to resolve this problem will be much appreciated.

Hi redwards48,

This is reminiscent of a problem that many experienced a few years back. For some an update solved the problem but for others it was necessary to uninstall Vaio Care using Control Panel - Programs and features and then reinstall the original version.
