Password Problem!!

Hi everyone.

Bit of a problem with my Viao. My computer said the password is incorrect. It says "the user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded". It IS the correct password, capslock is off. I can't reset the password as it stays on the user opening page.

I have no idea what's up!

There is no simple solution. What Operating System do you have installed and which Vaio model?

I would try the System Restore route first before attempting to edit the Registry.
