Changing CMOS Battery

I am guessing thats its time that the CMOS battery in my Vaio VGC-LV3SJ needs changing. When I turn on this all-in-one pc, the time and date have defaulted back to some date way back in the past.

Can anybody please tell me what battery I need and how do I get the old one out of this all-in-one pc.

Help appreciated.

I cannot find anything for your exact model but have a look at this forum post for a US model which is, hopefully, similar to yours.

Hope this helps a bit - it is on the front of the motherboard.
