VPCCB3C5E - Webcam stopped working

Months ago, my webcam started having some trouble; It would only occasionally work for short periods before shutting down. Whenever this happened, I got the message that my webcam couldnt be found/was in use, even though it wasn't.

At this moment, the webcam doesn't work at all. In device manager there's an Unkown Device, under USB-controllers, which I assume has something to do with it?

I've tried reinstalling the drivers from the sony website, which keeps giving the error "It failed in the enumeration of the device."

I have no clue how to get it to work again. It's a VPCCB3C5E Vaio.

Any help is welcome; thanks in advance!
