Can anyone provide me with the customers services contact number. I have written regarding a complaint to no avail and wonder if anyone could help.

Please can you tell me the direct email address for Customer Services as I wish to make a complaints about Service and Repairs Department and the backlog of work - Repairs are not even logged in more then a week after they were sent in

Would not make any difference as they have already had your money and don't give a poo about anything else.

You pay your money and take your chances , I personally will not be purchasing any more Sony products after my experience with the customer support for my daughters vita.

Basically told I could not be helped and could not complain.

Contacting trading standards as well.

Worst customer service ever and I hope never to require their help.
