      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming this is the Adobe Service Manager, click Start and type msconfig in the search field &amp;gt; Open the result and click on the Statup tab &amp;gt; Uncheck Adobe Service Manager &amp;gt; Reboot and hopefully this will solve the problem. If you wish to re-enable Service Manager after installing Flashplayer then re-check the item on the Startup tab and reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
