DSC-HX60 CAMERA BLOCKED

Hello,

Could anyone help me with this problem please ?

My camera blocked with the lens open . I can't do anything anymore . I can 't close the lens any longer.

I can not take photo's anymore .

Although battery is loaded. I took out everything (battery and photochip) and put it in again . Nothing helps.

My camera is only one year and 2 months old.

Is there still garanty ?

Could it be fixed ?

Did anyone had the same problem ?

Hoi @vraagje en welkom bij de community!

Er kunnen een aantal dingen aan de hand zijn waardoor de lens niet meer sluit, dat is op afstand moeilijk te zeggen.

Wat je zelf nog even zou kunnen proberen is met een blaasbalgje langs de tubes van de lens te blazen. Als je bijvoorbeeld op het strand foto's gemaakt zou hebben zou er iets tussen gekomen kunnen zijn waardoor de lens nu niet meer in wil schuiven.

Verder zou ik dit terug koppelen aan de winkel waar je m gekocht hebt. Dit is het gebruikersforum van Sony, de mensen die hier antwoorden zijn mede-gebruikers en wij kunnen je niet verder helpen als er echt iets gerepareerd moet worden. Voor zover ik als leek weet is de garantietermijn 2 jaar.

Hi, you should check this article on the Sony website that would help you with your issue, as well as this link on the help guide manual. I believe that Sony products come with a standard 1 year warranty, which covers any manufacturing fault. I hope this helps.
