Took around 200 photos and up-loaded via a card reader. Put card back in camera and switched on. Camera came on, lens extended and LCD screen working but nothing else worked, buttons or dials with the exception of focus mode dial. Camera focuses and will take one photo. I connected to PC but not found. However, I used Play Memories Home and a message appeared on camera screen, pink background, "Preparation test err 0x80020000(1.6739)" which I left for 30 minutes but nothing happened. This message stayed all the time camera was connected to PC even with camera turned off.
