RX100 V Firmware Update 2.0 Issues

Hi all,

I had my MK5 delivered today and decided to go ahead and download the 2.0 firmware update immediately to start things off. Now, I've tried and tried to install the thing, but the update installer just will not find the camera. This is a list of things I've tried in order to get it to find it:

All 5 USB ports on my laptop
Removed the SD Card
Turned on airplane mode
Closed all other programs on the laptop
Ran installer as an administrator
Settings reset on the camera
Restarted the laptop

I've also ensured that it was definitely the correct firmware for the correct camera. Nothing seems to work and I'm out of ideas. Does anyone have any clue as to what I could do, please?

Sorted it. Looks like I didn't check closely enough. I was sent a VA instead of a V 🙄
