Can I upload from Sony Bloggie MHS-TS20 directly to files without uploading to PlayMemoriesHome?

I have a computer borrowed from a college where I possibly cannot install PlayMemoriesHome. Wonder if I can upload directly to the files of the computer from the Bloggie without uploading to PlayMemoriesHome.

If I can, can I choose which drive I put the video on from the Bloggie? I'd like to put it on the C drive of the computer.

The Manual does not mention any steps for upload, so I'd say probably not.

I think PMH acts like an identifier or "unlocker" of some sort, at least it does for cameras I've tried (DSCs and ILCE/As), and after a first use you can directly use/access the storage of the camera.
