RX100 camera lens stuck

Any suggestions please? This seems to be s common / design problem. If I take the back off the camera the lens works properly, but as soon as it's reassembled the lens sticks. Any advice, especially from Sony, would be much appreciated.

Thank you, I have contacted Sony but with no useful response. So far I'm told (by a quality camera shop) that it will cost £150 to repair the camera, which is not ecomonically viable. So I am left with a high performance Sony camera that is totally useless. Very disappointing. Why does it work with the back removed, but not with it assembled? Crazy. Has anybody found a cure for this lens sticking problem please?
